About Us: Our team
Louise Forster, a former Hansard reporter and editor, has been the principal of WordsWorth Writing since our establishment in 1994.
Louise was joined by Irene Ariffin in 1995. Irene manages the WordsWorth Writing office and our transcription services.
Maren Child joined the business in 2002 as our web manager.
A team of highly skilled contract staff
and freelancers assists us with our publishing projects, providing writing, editing, scribing, transcription, project management and other services.
WordsWorth Writing’s writers, editors, indexers and electronic publishers are among the best in their fields. Collectively, they have many years of publishing experience. They continuously broaden and update their skills through membership of professional organisations and by attending training workshops and seminars. All have come from backgrounds where the ability to work quickly, to meet deadlines and to provide an accurate, quality service has been essential (for example, federal Hansard and commercial publishing).
WordsWorth Writing works closely with Canberra’s graphic designers and major printers to produce award-winning publications.
